Express Shipping orders usually arrive in 1-2 working days depending on your location.
Standard Shipping orders usually arrive in 2-7 working days depending on your location.
For locations outside of metro areas, please allow an additional 2 business days for delivery and up to 3-12 business days during busy periods such as sales periods and Christmas.
We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
New Zealand Orders
MEMO ships internationally to New Zealand via Australia Post International. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing before your item ships unless stated otherwise on the website.
Postage is a flat rate of $20 AUD, and is applied at the checkout.
Parcels may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive, or longer due to COVID-19 related shipping delays.
For purchases outside of Australia, MEMO is not responsible for taxes, customs charges, duties, and restrictions that vary from country to country and the importation of certain products. Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs, the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for their order to be returned to MEMO in order to receive a refund. Refunds will then only be issued once return orders have been received. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all product(s) ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
MEMO is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, peak shopping periods (for example Christmas) or the customs clearance process.
Please note orders will be delivered as authority to leave unless stated differently by the customer. This must be noted in the comment section at checkout. If we've received confirmation from the courier service of your package being delivered safely at your residence we are not responsible for lost/damaged deliveries.
In the case that our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you, your refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery or otherwise, MEMO is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

All orders are sent from Melbourne, Australia, and shipping times will vary depending on your location.
Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods or due to unforeseen reasons. During these times, please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be delivered. In the event that your order is affected by delay, we will contact you directly.
Once we have dispatched your order, you’ll get a dispatch confirmation email with the Australia Post tracking details of your parcel.To track your parcel, click on the tracking number, which will redirect you to the Australia Post website. Once an order has been dispatched, we can’t change the delivery address so please ensure you have provided the correct details.
You can also track your parcel by visiting auspost.com.au/track and following the prompts.
Because items are posted without requiring a signature on delivery, Australia Post are authorised to complete delivery by either placing the parcel in your letterbox or somewhere safe on the property. If there is nobody home and the item can’t be left in a safe place, it’ll be taken to your local Australia Post for collection, with a notification left for you. If your parcel has been scanned as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact your local post office with your tracking number and they’ll investigate the location for you.
Packaging & Gifts
We use quality packaging suitable for our delicate items - this packaging includes printed tissue, stickers and card mailer boxes, which are reflected in our shipping costs. We try to be kind to the environment by using recycled boxes when we can, and our box fill is made from shredded waste paper or biodegradable packing peanuts we have re-used from our production process.
We carefully pack and wrap your products, but if something does arrive damaged, please email a photo, as we can arrange a replacement.
